We have an opening for the following positions:
 
1.        Engineer Manager
The Engineering Manager will work with the Manager of Projects in delivering successful commercial outcomes on all projects. It is recognized that delivery of optimal commercial outcomes on projects may result in tension with best-practice engineering outcomes. As such communication with the Manager of Projects will be fundamental to the success of this role.
The candidate at least has Relevant degree with a minimum of 10 years industry experience.
 
2.      (Senior) Safety Engineer
To provide risk management and Loss Prevention services to the various Worley Safety & Risk Management clients. To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the project. To promote Worley Safety & Risk Management to clients to achieve follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective clients. To provide services of technical nature in meeting project requirements.
The candidate should has Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering.
 
3.      (Senior) Electrical Engineer – Power Sector
Report and work in team under Lead of Electrical Engineers, the candidate should possess a relevant engineering degree with upwards of 8 years experience with some years of experience in detailed engineering for: Power plants, Substation Equipment, Building Services, and also Electrical Services.
 
 
4.        Electrical Engineer – Infrastructure sector
Report and work in team under Lead of Electrical Engineers, the candidate should possess a relevant engineering degree with upwards of 8 years experience with some years of experience in detailed engineering for: Power plants, Substation Equipment, Building Services, and also Electrical Services.
 
 
General requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience with at least holds a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable universities.
  • Communication  skills – Good in English both for written and spoken.
  • Adaptability - open to change, new ideas and methods.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy including advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Our partner in Brunei Darussalam has urgent demand to be filled for BSP Project: COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS (3 positions).
·      Carry out the commissioning activities for major projects in onshore locations.
·      Preparation of commissioning workpacks to ensure a smooth commissioning and start up of the facilities.
·      Support the project teams in preparation for construction and commissioning.
·      Support the project teams in plans for Flawless Project Delivery.
·      To monitor the fabrication activities and provide guide and steer to the fabrication team to ensure that systems are completed in logical order and in time for a smooth commissioning period and quick start up.
·      Feedback of commissioning and operational learning's into the project teams.
·      Minimum 5 years (preferably 10) experience in the field of construction, commissioning, and supervising a multi-discipline workforce engaged in oil and gas facilities.

Pertanyaan yang sering muncul ketika suatu perusahaan terhimpit kerugian atau berusaha memperkuat kemampuan bersaingnya adalah bagaimana cara mengefisienkan perusahaan. apakah jumlah SDM/karyawan yang ada sekarang ini berlebih, kurang atau sudah optimum dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, dan bagaimana cara mengetahui atau mengukur hal-hal tersebut?

Banyak cara/teknik/metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menjawab serangkaian pertanyaan tersebut, namun metode yang dianggap paling akurat untuk digunakan adalah Analisis Beban Kerja (Workload Analysis).

Metode analisis beban kerja yang akan diberikan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penyelidikan waktu (time study). Dengan menganalisis waktu yang seharusnya dikonsumsi pemegang jabatan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas jabatannya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dibandingkan dengan waktu efektif yang tersedia maka akan diperoleh nilai beban kerja (dalam prosentase) suatu jabatan/unit/perusahaan. Berapa kelebihan atau kekurangan jumlah SDM pada suatu jabatan/unit/perusahaan akan diperoleh dengan membandingkan kebutuhan jumlah karyawan yang optimum dengan jumlah SDM yang ada saat ini di jabatan/unit/perusahaan.

Implikasi dari hasil analisis beban kerja ini, selain pengurangan/penambahan jumlah SDM juga dapat berupa rekomendasi penyempurnaan job description, prosedur kerja (system operating procedure), restrukturisasi organisasi, dan pelatihan peningkatan competency SDM. Informasi lebih terinci mengenai hal-hal tersebut akan diperoleh dengan mengikuti workshop ini.

  • A large proportion of the role will be focused on the measurement and production of Bills of Quantities. Experience & Attributes

  • Indonesian qualified and practicing lawyer with the right to live and work in Indonesia.
  • 5 to 7 years post-qualification experience gained preferably in the energy sector (in-house or private practice).
  • Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Preferably some international tertiary education or work experience.
  • Willingness to use initiative, to be pro-active and to identify and address commercial and legal issues facing multinational oil & gas companies in Indonesia.
  • Strong commercial orientation with experience of applying legal expertise to add value on a wide range of business and technical issues.
  • Willing to work hard with excellent communication skills as part of a dynamic customer focused group.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia and further afield, often at short notice.
  • Ability to provide satisfactory references.

Principal Duties & responsibilities:

Reporting to the Gas Plant Manager, the Senior General Affairs Assistant is responsible for:

  1. Managing General Affairs and Employee Service function in OPF 
  2. Coordinate non Operation functions 
  3. Internal & External Communication Coordination 
  4. Maintaining good corporate governance for OPF organizations with respect to regional governmental obligations 
  5. Managing respective people and organization, EHS responsibility in the respective department , and relevant administration services along  with  reporting and proper document archiving 

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant government regulations, and ability to align between the requirements of Government (BPMIGAS) in regards to Procurement, Finance & Accounting Procedures and Regional Government Regulation with Company's standard;  general affairs and office service knowledge; general  business administration and filing system ability
  • A degree in an Accounting/Finance,  Business & General Management/ Administrations is preferable, with minimum of 5 years experience in either Finance/Accounting, Procurement, General Administration and Office role preferably in a multinational oil and gas company, with supervisory role experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, fluency and written Bahasa Indonesia, (optional) fluency in Javanese.
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, internet, e mail, Powerpoint, SAP (preferred)

Job Description:


-   Provide supports/assistances on Project activities through coordination with other division, e.g. comments on safety concept of new installation/project

-   Provide safety advices/studies (Hazid, Hazop and Risk Assessment)

-   Keep updated safety drawing of Production Sites' installation

-   Perform safety studies (Hazid, Hazop and Risk Assessment) for modifications and new installations

-   Provide safety advices/studies required by activities of non-petroleum installations, e.g. AC installation and diesel fuel station and new operator building

-   Provide supports on Safety Audit and Operation activities

-   Provide assistances/advices on DKP Sites' safety problem

 

Personal Requirements:


-   Bachelor degree in any engineering background

-   3 – 5 years experience in process and detail design engineering and operation and safety operation is useful

Pemahaman aspek regulasi terkait pelaksanaan hubungan ketenagakerjaan oleh para pelaku hubungan industrial di Indonesia baik itu Pekerja/Buruh, Pengusaha maupun unsur pemerintah dalam hal ini pegawai Depnakertrans harus diakui masih jauh dari harapan. Sosialisasi yang relatif minim dan kesadaran untuk memahami yang masih rendah sering dijadikan kambing hitam atas kondisi tersebut. Kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku di suatu perusahaan banyak yang dbuat atas pertimbangan "Bagaimana Biasanya?" tanpa mengetahui dasar hukumnya atau memahami "Bagaimana Semestinya".

Atas dasar itu, maka kami menyelenggarakan pelatihan Konsep Hubungan Industrial ini dengan harapan mampu menjadi salah satu sarana bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk memahami bagaimana ketentuan ketenagakerjaan yang normatif diatur. Melalui pelatihan ini para peserta selain akan dapat memahami konsep hubungan industrial melalui metode tutorial dan diskusi juga akan dibekali dengan CD kumpulan regulasi ketenagakerjaan sebagai bahan referensi.

Beliau adalah salah satu pendiri PT. Indo Human Resource yang saat ini aktif sebagai konsultan Sumber Daya Manusia selain juga aktif sebagai staf pengajar di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia baik program D3 maupun S1 Reguler & Ekstensi. Beliau berpengalaman sebagai praktisi di bidang penanganan SDM pada dua buah perusahaan multinasional dari Eropa selama periode tahun 2000-2005. Untuk jenjang pendidikan, beliau menyelesaikan program Sarjana Ekonomi dan program Magister Manajemen-nya di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia. Reservoir Engineer

Job Description:

  • Assess an accurately as possible, hydrocarbon reserves by estimating production profiles, taking into account the geology and reservoir geophysicist for reservoir characterization, the oil architecture to the development scheme, the construction and well productivity well, throughout all the phases a reservoir's life (appraisal, development and production).
  • Control, under the reservoir aspect, reservoir development and production operations and, in particular, adapt them to the actual geology
  • Take part in company reserves estimations, essentially for internal decisions
  • Guarantee, the technical choice for the recovery process envisaged and the most reliable possible reservoir description
  • Ensure the suitability to task of study and synthesis personnel.
  • Contribute to the profitability of Exploration & Production investments, by permanently striving to improve the recovery factor and to accelerate production, within the framework of the Group's economic standards

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in any engineering background
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Reservoir engineering and simulation
  • Need of rigours, innovative and open minded
  • Proactive to collaborate geosciences studies
  • Proactive to initiative technical business related discussion

Site Representative (Field based)


Job Description:

·         To establish a clear policy and general rules to be applied to each discipline, in order to have a coherent and homogeneous Construction Team.

·         To give clear instruction and responsibilities to all members of Team in order that they feel at ease and motivated

·         To be convinced as all members of the Team that, in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning and cost must be a permanent concern.

·         To make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project

·         To maintain good relationships with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objective of the project.

·         To liaise with Safety, Cost, Planning and Administration sections to improve effectiveness of Team.

·         Represent project regarding the specific contract or purchase order, protecting company's interests and influencing decisions.

·         Keep informed the project manger of all events which may effect the successful completion of the project goals.


Requirement:

·         Bachelor degree in any engineering background

·         Typically 10 years relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Construction managerial role within a project

·         Recognized level of expertise in a construction

Our Client, an International oil and gas company is
currently looking for:

Procurement Officer.
The incumbent must have well known knowledge of the
PTK007 BPMIGAS.

Following are the responsibilities:
Procurement in General
1. Liaise with user department to understand the
requirement of the services required by the user.
2. Prepare a Bid Document for services being procure
to be inline with the requirement and the regulation
3. Communicate with service providers to have an
updates on the technology & the market situation.
4. Conduct a bidding process which include but not
limited to:
- Announce the bid process
- Conduct qualification process to registered bid
partcipants
- Provide an explanation regarding the qualification's
result
- Conduct a pre-bid clarification meeting liaise with
the user & legal department if necessary
- Evaluate the process to be inline with the bid
document requirements
- Request clarifications to the bidder if required
- Conduct negotiation to the bidders
- Prepare summary the evaluation/bidding process and
assist bid committee to make recommendations for the
awarding
5. Obtain approvals from the Bid Committee on the
recommendation for contract awarding.
6. Prepare and send notifications to
succesfull/unsuccessfull bidders

2008 Drilling Campaign Procurement
1. Team up in preparing arround 20 bidding process to
be finalized prior July 2008

Post Bidding Activities
1. Monitoring the delivery process for each services
procured to assure the services requirement stipulated
in the contract has been served by the contractor
2. Liaise with the logistic coordinator to monitor the
permits & formalities required to be provided by the
contractor

SHIFT LEADERS/TECHNICIANS (SLTECH:IV/08)

General Requirements:
1. Min. D1 degree from technical college / university
2. Age 20 to 35 years old
3. Willing to work in shifts
4. Experience in the operation of Oil&Gas or Chemical facilities
will be an advantage
5. Knowledge and experience in systems and control room operation
will be an advantage
6. Strong skills in interpersonal communication and problem solving
7. Good command of English written and spoken
8. Work place in Merak, Cilegon, Banten
9. Driving license

Condition:
1. Will be required to work on the Petroleum terminal.

Business Development Manager
Responsible to : Country Chief Executive
Responsible for :
• Identifying business opportunity of each of the
business line within the company. Developing new
business either by introducing new products or by
entering new markets.
• Developing marketing and sales strategy to increase
the market share and profitability.
• Organizing and controlling implementation of
marketing and sales tactics.
• Responsible for proposing, developing and
implementing marketing plans, research on and
developing pricing policy, recommending sales
channels, working with business partner to deliver
business results.
Commercial
• Developing the business lines to identify the
potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and
the available resource, operating all the necessary
sources of information and developing the commercial
law actions.
• Managing and coordinating the management of local
and global key account, if any.
• Playing the role of the commercial interface with
clients. Implementing BV group and BL procedures.
Product and Market Development
• Taking part in the strategic choices of the company
to develop specific market at group level, as well as
developing skills.
• Acting as marketing service and competence center
for starting countries as well as for global sales
activities.
• Understanding the client's need and expectation as
well as increasing potential business with them.

Requirement:
• A university graduate in Business or Engineering or
International Trade.
• A mature male/female Indonesian in his/her 35s to
40s and has at least eight years managerial
experience.
• Highly motivated, and goal and result oriented.
• Has strong business sense, good negotiation skills
and networking.
• Have good command of English, strong interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Be a proactive executive, independent, dynamic and a
team player.

Responsible to : Country Chief Executive
Responsible for :
Implementing the business line (BL) objectives and
strategy as defined by CCE and RCE and align with the
BL Leadership Group strategy. Locally develop, define
and communicate BL vision and action, objectives and
strategy for the market segment.
• Contributes to rapid growth objective of the company
through development and win of major contracts with
key customers.
• Contributes to the implementation of new business
model based on long-term service contract, project
management and customer orientation focus.
• Generates profitable new contracts to the BU.
Commercial
• Developing its line of business with the object to
identifying the potential market, its tendencies, the
competitors and the resources available, operating all
the necessary sources of information and developing
the commercial law actions.
• Managing and coordinating the management of Local
Key Accounts, if any.
• Managing all market and competitors information.
• Playing the role of commercial interface with
clients. Implementing the Group and BL procedures.
• Managing the operational BL team in terms of
commercial development.
Product and Marketing Development
• Leading strategic choices and launching new
products.
• Understanding the clients in terms of their needs,
expectation level of satisfaction as well as
increasing potential business and developing the
contacts and the necessary analysis.
• Developing and maintaining project estimating
database to ensure consistency in estimations and a
history of estimating data for future projects.
• Contributing to engineering of production/ sales
processes to maximize REG.
Management and Coordination
• Managing the operational BL team in terms of
commercial development, management of company
services, including human resources management
(recruitment and training), quality service and OHS.
• Following up the financial operational results of
the activity. Relays information and is the focal
point between BU and BL for the managed activity.
• Making people contribute to knowledge management and
best practice sharing.

Requirement:
• A university graduate in Business or Engineering or
International Trade.
• A mature male/female Indonesian in his/her 35s to
40s and has at least five years managerial experience,
preferably with technical background such as
inspection or quality control and has system
certification knowledge.
• Highly motivated, and goal and result oriented.
• Has good negotiation skills and networking.
• Have good command of English, strong interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Be a proactive executive, independent, dynamic and a
team player.

Civil or Structural and Piping Engineer (Road, Maritime, Pipeline, Water) – Ref 63273

 

Skills/Competencies :

Ø            Detailed knowledge of Local and Foreign Design Codes ( SNI, AISC, UBC, Australian Design Codes, etc)

Ø            Fluency in operating STAADPRO or SACS or MICROSTAN

Ø            Ability to work to tight deadlines

Ø            Enthusiasm for communicating ideas

Ø            Good team player with a high energy level

Ø            Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure as part of a team

Ø            Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team working on multiple packages simultaneously.

 

Requirements:

Ø            Minimum 7 years experience in Construction Companies/Infrastru cture Projects

Ø            Diploma Degree in Civil/Structural discipline

    • A candidate possesses Senior High educational background with more than 20 years of total experience in HES field as a Manager/ Supervisor, which 10 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, will be considered.

 

  1. Construction Equipment Superintendent

Qualification:

    • Minimum an Engineer (S1) with 8 years working experience in construction equipment management or Technical Associate (D3) with 10 years experience in construction equipment management, which 5 years of it in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
    • Capable of supervising and coordinating activities of Personnel engaged in various area of construction equipment management.

Qualification:

General Requirement:

1.             Minimum 5 years working experience in oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry.

2.             For Position (EE), (ME) & (CE) Has thorough knowledge of oil field engineering and construction methods including its practices and procedures. Shall have capability to make plan and schedules, coordinate the overall design and engineering activities, formulate, and recommend preliminary engineering design, engineering policies, and technical work in accordance with projects objectives, coordinate engineering projects and ensure completion of projects to be within cost objectives, prepare and also administer engineering design, construction methods, alteration and long term plans and programs for activities, operate engineering calculation and simulation applications.

3.             For Position (CSS) & (CS), have the ability to identify problems or potential problems early and give good technical advice to the constructors thus assisting them in efficient project execution.

4.             For Position (QS),Must be familiar with pricing methodology for lump sum  fixed price Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) contracts, and  detailed knowledge of the unit price concept for measuring costs for  changes to the work scope for EPC contracts.

5.             For Position (HSE), Familiar with safety terms and statistics and reporting practices, knowledgeable to GOI HES regulations. Has strong coordination and facilitation skill.

6.             For Position (PCE), (LS) & (PS) shall have capability to coordinate the overall project controls activities, formulate and recommend project schedule and cost estimate in. accordance with projects objectives, give advice on project status, variations, and recovery plans, operate schedule and costing applications.    

7.             Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.

8.             Having good Personality.
